ConnectPort X3 gateways deliver a powerful yet cost-effective asset management solution by combining a programmable gateway with an easy-to-use development environment and the iDigi M2M network operating platform. ConnectPort X3 can be programmed using open source Python or the iDigi Device Integration Application (iDigi Dia). Digi also provides application developers with a familiar Eclipse-based Integrated Development Environment for rapid application development.
ConnectPort X3 gateways benefit from the enhanced management capabilities offered by iDigi Manager Pro™. This web-based device management system enables remote access and control of your Digi cellular routers and gateways.
The iDigi® Device Cloud™ platform as a service provides integration of web and mobile applications via iDigi application programming interfaces (APIs), while providing the required reliability and security infrastructure to elastically scale.
An embedded XBee® module provides a low-power wireless connection to a small network of other ZigBee-enabled devices (e.g., a collection of sensors). The optional analog I/O, digital I/O or RS-232 serial port provides a direct wired connectivity option. The ConnectPort X3 also provides optional internal GPS for location services.
ConnectPort X3 H gateways are available in rugged NEMA 4X/IP66 enclosures with multiple power options including mains powered, battery powered or battery with solar panel.
